ABOUT
After working for many years in the world of luxury hotels in Paris, I set up my workshop in the Paris region in order to create sustainable flowers for decorating tables and interiors.
I started creating sugar flowers to decorate the cakes. Subsequently, at the request of my clients, I worked with a new flexible and shock-resistant material: cold porcelain , in order to create napkin rings which blend perfectly with the sugar flowers of the cake. In addition, I created cold porcelain flowers on stems to offer for a special occasion.
The cold porcelain and sugar flowers in my design are from my own interpretation. By studying flowers in their natural habitat, I explored all their details and characteristics and focused on what makes each flower so attractive and unique.
Each petal is designed, sculpted, painted and assembled by hand by me in my workshop, to offer unique and durable creations.
